What to expect in a class

We offer two fitness classes per week in natural outdoor surroundings.


The exercise sessions are for all fitness levels:


10 minutes of the session is spent warming up those muscles, this plays a vital role to your performance and long term recovery.

45 minutes is spent with pure exercise from core to cardio-vascular exercise. Ensuring your body recovers.

At the end of the session...the vital cool down, including stretching those muscles we have worked so hard.


Sessions are held on Monday's and Wednesday's at 7pm to 8pm, at the Old Park Plantation Church Fenton.*



*From October the classes will be held at Wistow village hall for the winter months. These new surroundings provide indoor and outdoor exercise. Do not let the winter months affect your performance!
