Nick owns "Nick Ward Fitness" and for 12 years has been providing all the one to one training for his clients.
He is very passionate about fitness and thoroughly enjoys coaching his clients to achieve there goals and helping people over come any fears or apprehensions.
Nick provides one to one training, bootcamp, circuit, runfit and general fitness classes along with children's exercise tuition and dietary advice.
Nick's approach to exercise is "Lets Train Together" as becoming motivated to train can be hard, it is always easier when you can work with someone!
